Competition period:

• This Lucky Draw is open to individuals who successfully like Surpass Facebook page and completed and submit the register form on Surpass website.
• The participator Must be of age 18 or above and must have provided their valid email address during registration and completing register form.
• The participator must be the owner of cater business with registered ABN.
• The participator’s business (the store/restaurant location) must be within Greater Brisbane Area (Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast).
• Each eligible person is only entitled to enter the draw once.
• Employees, spouse and/or children of employees of Surpass are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.
• The winner will be notified individually via email within 14 days after the lucky draw.
• The winner will need to reconfirm their identity and claim the prize before 31/03/16.
• Failure of the winner to verify his/her credentials at the time of claiming the price and/or not turning up within the specified timeframe to claim the prize will lead to a new draw to pick new winner for such unclaimed prizes.
• The prize can not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products and/or services under any circumstances whatsoever.
• The prize is not transferrable.
• All of the prizes have to be redeemed before 31/12/2016.
• $500 Surpass voucher can only be used on Surpass POS package, not applicable for CCTV products, POS peripherals, consumables or other products.
• Surpass reserves the rights to (a) revise these Terms and Conditions, (b) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend any part of this promotion and/or (c) change or substitute any prize item for any part of this Promotion without notice or reason.
• In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, the decision of Surpass shall be final and conclusive.
